Episode notes:
Episode 2 has a V2 due to the original release having a stray black frame at the start.
Starting with episode 21, ToeiCH switched from the wonderfully grainy masters they'd been using to ones that have gone through DNR, which are probably the ones used on the upcoming Blurays. The BDs won't have the mpeg2 compression artifacts, or be scrunched horizontally, however.
Episodes 39 and 41 don't have the white text on blue background at the end. This matches the DVDs, so those episodes seem to be Just Like That.
