* No host block or firewall block is needed, activating HEVC codec of PowerDirector only via the internet, so if you're using offline or blocked in either firewall or below hosts, unblock them.

1. If you installed with a pirated serial before, uninstall it completely. Delete all CyberlinkPowerDirector24 entries in registry.
(If you installed PowerDirector Essential 24, delete it completely, that's garbage.)
2. Clean out all Cyberlink user folders in ProgramData, Roaming, LocalAppData.

3. Install my pre-activated setup, after setup is done, close, but don't launch yet.
4. Merge provided Reg Patch.reg
5. Copy Simkey from Fix folder to the following path and replace it:
C:Program FilesCyberLinkPowerDirector24
4. Open now, import MKV or MP4, click Export button, choose HEVC or whatever codec output you want, produce, wait for the HEVC codec component downloaded, one time thing, all done.
* CyberLink have removed the offline activation of codecs, HEVC extra output features, so you'll need to allow connections to be able to output. Codec activation will be carried out automatically with patched setup.
* All features in Ultimate version enabled. AI features might depend on a valid subscription account with an 365 version sign in, not sure about them.
