Eric Clapton has a body of work that spans many of the decades that rock and roll has been around. With his developing work with The Yardbirds supergroup, John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Cream, Blind Faith, and Derek & The Dominoes, and his naturally occurring solo efforts that began with the Delaney Bramlett-produced Eric Clapton eponymous release, Clapton has left fans with a rich catalog of gems.
One of them is 1977's multi-platinum Slowhand, which single-handedly sent three singles high up the charts. Those songs, "Cocaine," "Lay Down Sally," and "Wonderful Tonight" are indicative of the warmth that permeates every second of Slowhand.
This 35th Anniversary edition includes four previously unreleased studio recording and the complete Live At Hammersmith Odeon Concert, April 27, 1977 for the first time.
Newly re-mastered from the original analog masters.
