The Complete Blue Horizon Sessions 1967–1969 by Fleetwood Mac, is a 6CD compilation of previously released material, plus outtakes and unreleased tracks from the band's early line-up. It represents the entire recorded output of Fleetwood Mac whilst they were signed to the Blue Horizon label.

Disc 1 - Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac (1968 )
Their first album came out at the tail end of the British blues boom, and subsequently it is quite surprising how successful they became, as at this early stage of their career they were playing pure blues music with little or no rock and roll frills. At this time most other British blues band had moved on to more experimental territories. Fleetwood Mac were one of the last ones to cling on to traditional blues, and did it with truly convincing authenticity. The original line-up consisted of singer/guitarists Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer backed by the rhythm section of bassist John McVie and drummer Mick Fleetwood. Green, McVie and Fleetwood had been members of John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers

Disc 2 - Mr. Wonderful (1968 )
Fleetwood Mac's second album was much like their first from a few months earlier - American blues music played with passion and authenticity. The band of Peter Green (guitar/harmonica/vocals), Jeremy Spencer (guitar/slide/vocals), John McVie (bass) and Mick Fleetwood (drums) were assisted by a group of horn players, and keyboard player Christine Perfect of Chicken Shack on piano .

The album itself was released by Blue Horizon after the group's contract with them had expired, making it one of the best routes in which to explore their mingling of Chicago and British blues. "Albatross," "Black Magic Woman," and "I Believe My Time Ain't Long" are timeless Fleetwood Mac standards, representing some of the band's best pre-Rumours work.

Blues Jam in Chicago, Vol. 2 was released Oct 12, 2004 . Like Volume 1, Volume 2 documents collaborations between some of Chess Records' most prominent bluesmen and the late-1960s version of Fleetwood Mac (the blues-rock power outfit, as opposed to the commercially successful soft-rock incarnation from the '70s). With contributions by Willie Dixon, Otis Spann, and David "Honeyboy" Edwards, among others.

Disc 6 - The Original Fleetwood Mac (1971)
The Original Fleetwood Mac comprises previously unissued material by the Peter Green-led late-'60s incarnation of Fleetwood Mac. (The band would go on to great commercial success in the 1970s with a different line-up). Though Green's Fleetwood Mac was rooted in the tradition of electric Chicago blues on the order of Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf, the group developed a fiery sound that also featured a solid dose of '60s psychedelic rock. Green's fleet-fingered leads soar through his distortion-heavy amp and are complemented by the slide guitar of Jeremy Spencer, and the gut-punch rhythms of Mick Fleetwood (drums) and John McVie (bass).
