I Rolling Stones hanno chiuso con la celebre “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” la loro strepitosa performance nella terza giornata del Glastonbury Festival 2013, l’appuntamento musicale a cielo aperto più grande al mondo!
Mick Jagger e gli altri hanno regato al pubblico presente alla rassegna – che dal 1970 si tiene nel Somerset, in Gran Bretagna – un incredibile live set ospitato sul Pyramid Stage, durante il quale hanno eseguito alcuni dei suoi grandi cult quali “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”, “It’s Only Rock ‘N’ Roll (But I Like It)” e “Paint It Black”.
Naturalmente non si sono fatti mancare i cambi di outfits da parte del mitico Mick Jagger, che ha indossato un’appariscente giacca damascata di paillettes verdi poi un’altra rossa decorata di perline e persino una cappa con piume! Probabilmente l’avrà aiutato a scegliere la sua compagna da oltre 12 anni, la stilista americana L’Wren Scott… Più discreti i compagni di palco: Keith Richards ha confermato il suo stile pirata di lusso affidandosi a Saint Laurent, di cui è anche testimonial, mentre Ronnie Wood e Charlie Watts hanno scelto di vestire denim italiano Meltin’ Pot con dei speciali jeans creati su misura per loro.
Il frontman della leggendaria rock band britannica era arrivato al festival già dal giorno prima ed è stato visto tra il pubblico a godersi la performance degli Arctic Monkeys.
