Seizing on her inability to keep order pupils led by Rhiannon and Dynasty taunt Sue about being an air hostess and she ends up locked in a store cupboard as the fire alarm is set off. Anxious to keep their relationship secret Simon suggests she move to another school but Sue herself makes a deal with Barry Barry. George introduces his new Mandarin teaching assistant - and wife - Princess, who is a hit with the boys, especially Kevin, whilst vengeful Lisa Brown steals and hides Audrey's cat and Nikki continues to coach Kasey in boxing. Due to financial cut-backs several activities including the school's breakfast club are cancelled and Connor leads a walk-out in protest, as a result of which Christine threatens him and the whole class with exclusion.

DESCRIPTION
There's a school like Waterloo Road in every town in Britain. The staff are overworked and underpaid, the budgets only ever seem to get tighter, and the kids more troublesome. It's a melting pot of class and race where the day-to-day troubles of its students spill out in dramatic ways. However, every pupil knows that at Waterloo Road they'll always be cared for by the staff and given every chance to achieve an education. The teachers themselves are often far from perfect, but as any pupil with a problem soon discovers, a few motivated and inspiring individuals can make a massive difference.
