DESCRIPTION
The comedy follows Sam, as her life is turned upside down on a big night out. When reunited with her old college friends, Sam is forced to re-evaluate her life and constructs an elaborate façade in order to convince herself and her friends that she has it all. But once her dysfunctional yet devoted trio of best mates intervene, her carefully crafted charade begins to crumble amidst the shots, cigarettes, ciders and toilet transgressions. Faced with some very harsh realities, Sam must struggle to remain true to herself and reassess exactly what she wants from life.

La protagonista de la pelicula Powder Room es Sam, una mujer que ya está alcanzando una edad y que una noche se reúne con sus antiguas amigas de la Universidad, con el fin de rememorar buenos tiempos y pasarlo bien. Cuando habla con ellas, Sam no se siente demasiado bien, y por eso crea una especie de mentira en la cual a ella le va mejor que a ninguna de sus amigas y se muestra como una mujer exitosa, nada más lejos de la realidad. La farsa pronto cae por sí misma, por lo que Sam tiene que pararse a pensar y a reflexionar sobre quién es, que ha hecho en este tiempo y lo más importante, qué es lo que quiere hacer con su vida a partir de ahora, lo que no va a ser fácil. En definitiva, una comedia que usando el humor nos pone frente al problema de llegar a una edad en la que se supone que deberíamos tener la vida encaminada y nos damos cuenta de que no sabemos a dónde nos dirigimos.
