Windows Defender Service (built-in Microsoft Anti-Virus) is disabled and will not start (likely removed or altered). Background "processes" by "windows 99" will begin creating shortcuts to "Continue Installation" on your desktop, change browser settings, install malware, prevent malware scanners like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from running, etc.. don't waste your time with this download..
