DESCRIPTION
Set in Mexico, a nun called Sara is rescued from three cowboys by Hogan, who is on his way to do some reconnaissance, for a future mission to capture a French fort. The French are chasing Sara, but not for the reasons she tells Hogan, so he decides to help her in return for information about the fort defences. Film jest komedią przygodową umieszczoną w realiach westernu. Hogan(Eastwood), rewolwerowiec
i wędrowiec zarazem ratuje z napadu młodą, nagą dziewczynę Sarę(McLaine), która okazuje się
siostrą zakonną. Hogan licząc na pieniądze i po trosze ulegając urodzie Sary, angażuje się
w pomoc jej i jej kompanom, którzy są rewolucjonistami meksykańskimi w walce z Francuzami.
Sara namawia go do napadu na fort Francuzów, kusząc go pieniędzmi zdobytymi tamże. W trakcie
jazdy Hogan zaczyna być nieco podejrzliwy - zauważa dziwną skłonność siostry do cygar i whisky.
Gdy zakonnica ujawnia że zna z detalami plan fortu, zdradza również swoje prawdziwe intencje.
Film zrealizowany w widowiskowy sposób, z gwiazdorską obsadą, świetnymi zdjęciami i klasyczną
już muzyką Enio Morricone. Dobre kino rozrywkowe z domieszką humoru i zabawnych sytuacji.
No i Clint w świetnej formie.
