DESCRIPTION
Every New Year's Eve, Elaine (Darcie Siciliano) finds herself at a party in some stranger's apartment, and this year is no different - in fact, it may be worse. While everyone kisses at midnight, Elaine just wants to find more alcohol, but this guy Walter (Roy Havrilack) keeps trying to cheer her up.
