If you want more images from a certain artist, download Grabber from the above link, search for the artist name (with Sources set to gelbooru and chan.sankakucomplex for example) and download images. You can also search using tags, so for example rating:explicit (or rating:e) will give explicit/hardcore images, rating:safe would give non sexual images, rating:questionable would give softcore/yet unrated images. You can also search for highly regarded images using score:, so for example score:>200 would give images with at least 200 votes. md5: will give a result of a certain md5 hash (second part of filename). And of course also general tags like here (with autocomplete).
As the destination name you can use something like %artist%%artist% %md5%.%ext% and the image will be saved in an artist specific folder with artist name and the md5 hash as the filename.
