Use Gamespy3D found in the H2/gamespy folder. Click on "GameSpy.exe" to start.
*Note: Sometimes when starting gameSpy3D (gamespy.exe) you might get a "runtime error" message. Just close it and restart it until it fully opens. It does work and display servers.
