What’s new : This is a maintenance release to fix the following issues: – CRS Not starting with machines running Bitdefender or Bullguard. This was because the AV was quarantining some CRS .exe and preventing CRS from loading. This is now fixed. – Signature capture – Capture from a new ticket was not working – settings were not saved to enable this feature. – Signature capture – On capture, you now get an option to print the PDF.
