L'autore del furto, dopo aver dimostrato ai danni di una cittadina gli effetti devastanti dell'arma ora in suo possesso, ricatta il governo degli Stati Uniti chiedendo la messa al bando di ogni ricerca finalizzata alla guerra batteriologica.
