Nederlands:
Danny (Tony Schiena), een gerespecteerde agent, wordt erin geluisd nadat een politieonderzoek verkeerd afloopt en hij wordt overgebracht naar een staatsgevangenis.
Hij probeert zichzelf rustig te houden in zijn cel en zijn tijd uit te zitten.
De gevangenis wordt echter gerund door de maffiabaas Vargas (Vinnie Jones), die illegale kooigevechten houdt in het ketelhuis.
Hoewel iedereen hem dood wil hebben ziet Vargas in hem een goede entertainer voor zijn gevechten.
Ondertussen krijgt Danny hulp van Irving, een voormalig martial arts kampioen, die hem traint en voorziet van goede raad.
Een agente van 'Internal Affairs' probeert Danny's onschuld te bewijzen en hem op vrije voeten te stellen.
Als hij tenminste levend uit de kooi kan komen.
