Conversion notes: This is the best conversion out there, by far. Formatted, TOC, spellchecked (which was a nightmare, as you will understand when you read it). It probably needs a proofreading to eliminate artifacts and fix mis-OCRed words, but I’m pretty sure we’re 99.9% of the way there. Every once in a while you’re going to see some strange characters and broken sentences — those are ALL in the novel — they represent Bolt breaking down. Just so you know it’s not me being sloppy.
