Il dottor Frankenstein vuole compiere l'ennesimo tentativo di trapianto al cervello e, fa dunque rapire un chirurgo ricoverato in un manicomio, allo scopo di farsi aiutare. Il chirurgo, pero', muore tragicamente prima dell'operazione, cosi' Frankenstein trova opportuno trapiantarne il cervello nel corpo di un collega deceduto. L'operazione ha successo, ma l'uomo, compreso il terribile inganno, si vendicherà.
