But Gibbons is not going down without a fight, he smears Colvin, and tells his mistress to do something, and he tells Wysocki that his brother was killed because he went bad. He even sends Wysocki proof which he sets out discredit but only gets more verification.

DESCRIPTION

Series follows the vendetta between an honest (female) police superintendent, Teresa Colvin and a corrupt Alderman named Gibbons, as she tries to prove Gibbons has ties to some criminals. And at the center is Cole's point man Jarek Wysocki, probably the most honest cop in the Chicago PD, who tries to clean up the city as well.
