I got tired of carrying around and seeding a 36GB upscale so I did a 720. This downscaled back to 720 pretty much perfectly. Source has a ton of dither so it requires a high bitrate to keep it from blocking and the lines from sparkling.

V2 fixes NCOP 1 + 1A. This time they've actually 4:4:4. (I changed my script for testing and forgot to change it back for the encode)
