I basically fused Volumes 12-27. It was annoying. Alot of colored pages in the fanscans that were missing by Crunchyroll's version. I decided to keep both because Crunchyroll's B/w's page was very clean.
Post volume 27 is supposed to be read after volume 27
I included any after stories that were translated later as well. (including the 200 chapter special sex fest)
