De knappe, charmante en arrogante Tristan pikt Mandy op voor een spannende onenightstand. Hij wordt door haar uitgenodigd om samen met haar, haar broer Calvin en zijn vriendin Paige er een weekendje tussen uit te gaan naar een afgelegen gebied. Daar aangekomen horen ze verhalen over een seriemoordenaar die de 'Tree Surgeon (boomchirurg)' genoemd wordt. Deze moordenaar zaagt lichaamsdelen van zijn slachtoffers af en hangt deze op in een boom. Het duurt niet lang voor de groep een halfdode man aantreft en niet lang daarna blijkt dat de 'Tree Surgeon' dichterbij is dan ze denken.
