Note: EP 1 - 16 Editing is done on film, So x265 can't compress less than 100 MB because of film gain and shaky image. (I'm not applying any filter. Just keep it original.) And [3:2 Pulldown](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three-two_pull_down) Can't be completely removed on those eps.
However, EP 17-39 Is digitally edit on a computer. So no noise, shaky image, and film gain on those eps.
This release aims for smallest file size and still preserving quality. If you want lossless or more bitrate, just go for original DVD remux.
