Monogatari Series [HEVC 10bit] [Opus Audio]

Based on the incredible "the story so far" release of Monogatari Series by @dummy_dum_dum - https://nyaa.si/view/1246086 **Video, Subtitles, Chapters, Tags:** streams copied directly from the source (1080p, x265 / HEVC 10bit) **Audio:** Japanese audio only, re-encoded using the lossless streams as a base: * FLAC Stereo -> Opus Stereo @ 256kbps * DTS-MA Surround -> Opus Surround @ 512kbps (only in Kizumonogatari and Zoku Owarimonogatari) I could probably have gotten away with a lot smaller, but I decided to err on the side of caution and use similar bit-rates as [smplstc], e.g. in [their Code Geass release](https://nyaa.si/view/1262540). In a companion release I will share all of the lossless audio streams from the source, to make life easier for anyone else who wants to make their own debloated release in the future. I will link it here once it's up. **Problems fixed:** * Bakemonogatari episodes 4 and 5 subtitles, using the [linked .ass files](https://mega.nz/folder/0JAThSoJ#0L1vrkHmo0sYQ-O_LHM9uw) from the comments thread. * Added a few clarification language "Japanese (ja)" tags for the audio streams in the OP/ED files. * One or two typos from the `Watch Order.txt` file. * One or two of the OP/ED filenames. **Problems inherited:** * Bakemonogatari `NCOP 01` is missing. * Hanamonogatari `NCED 01` has no audio tracks. This is my first nyaa release - I've tried to double and triple check everything. If there are any serious issues I'll nuke the release and reupload. I appreciate any and all feedback!
