Released as part of the Nirvana Nevermind 20th Anniversary, this special
performance was recorded in the band's hometown of Seattle on 31st October
1991, capturing Nirvana in the early stages of their ascent to one of the
most important bands of their generation. It is the only known Nirvana
concert shot to film and so is the only high definition footage of the
band known to exist. This is the first time the legendary gig has been
available in it's entirety.
The concert has been transferred from 16mm film and multi-track audio and
is available in 1080p high-definition picture with uncompressed 5.1 surround
sound and stereo.
