Bulk emailing of recurring invoices can be performed with a couple of mouse clicks and a customer statement wizard lets you email or print statements for all customers with outstanding balances in a few mouse clicks. Amongst many new features, V3 lets you password protect company files to protect your data in a shared environment, add custom fields to invoices, quotes and orders, show units on product and invoice line data as well as track quote statuses and produce reports of quotes that haven't yet been invoiced.
