[FlameSubs] Kamen Rider Saber - Complete Series Batch

Hello everyone, it's Earthly once again! And welcome to my final release! This is a collaboration sub between me and FlameSubs for Kamen Rider Saber. The batch include Episode 1-48, the Movie, all 4 Swordsmen Chronicles and both the SoL Saga specials. All files are using 1080p Blu-Ray rips, so while the file size for each episode might be a little larger than I'd like, you really can't argue with the sheer quality of the video and audio. The only bit in this release that isn't from the Blu-Ray is the preview for the Zenkaiger Special. Toei did not include the preview on the BD so to ensure that it wouldn't become lost media, we extracted the preview from the WebRip and included it at the end of the Special. Toei didn't master the episode very well, even in the WebRip, so it really isn't noticeable at all. Before I go over the sub I'd like to talk about why I chose Saber to be my last project. Saber is a really weird show, to put it lightly. I honestly hated it during its first few weeks, so much so that I dropped the show entirely. But when I went back to binge it before it's final few episodes, I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed it. It definitely executes a lot of things poorly, but when it does something well, it does it really well. It's still hated by the majority right now, but I really think that Saber will be looked back at fondly by the Toku community in the years to come. And I wanted there to be good subs available to reflect all the great things that Saber has to offer. Now onto the subs themselves. Flame was kind enough to freshly translate the first 22 episodes that he had missed when he began subbing the show and on top of that, I worked with him to go over every episode he had release to refine what felt like every line of dialogue. We used the timing and signs from GenmCorps first 20 episode scripts to save us time, so big shout out to them for those script. Me being me though, I did copy a few of GC's lines in some episodes that I thought they subbed quite nicely, but of course, all translations were approved by Flame before hand. So now every episode includes overall better phrasing for general dialogue, new fonts, typesetting, re-translations of belt jingles, OP/ED subs, translation for the Mid-Episode Eyecatches, etc. The jingles specifically required a bunch of tweaking to reflect Saber's "flowery" language, as Flame likes to put it. Flame and I really put in a lot of work into this project, if that wasn't apparent. I'll include comparison pics for everyone to get an idea of the changes before downloading. All new files have also been labeled with (BD) so as to easily identify them from the previous releases. One thing I'd like to point out are the Wonder Ride Books' names. After heavy discussions, me and Flame chose to leave them untranslated. The reason is kind of hard to explain, but it stems from the fact that the book names also double up as the form names of each Rider, so it becomes a little muddy if we translate the Rider's name as well as the book. That being said, I didn't want the translation to not be included in the episodes themselves, so we've included them in the right-hand corner during the Mid-Episode Eyecatches for whenever that book is showcased for that particular episode. As for the V-Cinema, there are no plans to sub it at this moment, if anything changes we will let you know.
