In the main window, you can access drawing tools, effects, and layers. The program will allow you to create new images or work with old ones. Supports various graphic formats, NG, BMP, JPG, GIF, PDF and SVG.

The disadvantage is the absence of the "cancel" button, but this has not been the case for a long time, the button appeared many years ago. There is no Russian support (there is a Russified version, added to the header), but there are few settings, so it will be easy to figure it out.
