Waste Management (Gestione di Rifiuti) è il terzo album in lingua inglese del duo pop russo t.A.T.u.. Il primo titolo dell' album era Happy Smile poi fu cambiato in Waste Management. La data di rilascio era stata prevista per il 10 ottobre 2009 poi, però, posticipata al 15 dicembre 2009 come annunciato dal sito ufficiale del duo il 18 novembre. L'album al momento verrà rilasciato fisicamente solo in Sud America e in Russia.
L'album rilasciato in russo che corrisponde a questa versione è Veselye Ulybki.
L'album è stato rilasciato in Brasile, Argentina e Cile grazie alla Coquiro Verde Records e in Russia con Misterya Zvuka.
La Coqueiro Verde Records ha affermato che l'uscita dell'album verrà anticipata dal rilascio di altri due singoli oltre a Snowfalls (rilasciato precedentemente per anticipare l'album): White Robe e Sparks, con i corrispettivi video musicali.
Dell'album sono presenti due versioni: la "Standard Version" (formata da 14 tracce) e la "Trascendent Version" (composta dai 14 brani uniti da intervalli che rendono il suono continuo). Delle due, solo la "Trascendent Version" verrà rilasciata su CD ed è stata definita da Lena Katina come "un viaggio musicale continuo" che inoltre afferma che la principale influenza in questa versione sono stati i Pink Floyd.
L'album contiene le stesse tracce di Veselye Ulybki ma con l'aggiunta di tre remix (Belyj Plašcik, Running Blind, Ne Zhaley) e l'eliminazione dell'intro (la versione strumentale di Don't Regret/Ne Zhaley). Il nuovo album è disponibile sullo shop ufficiale del gruppo.
