The setting takes place in central Europe in the late 20th century

Aspect Ratio
Video Aspect Ratio Should be 4:3. Display Aspect Ratio is set to 4:3 and so it is OK with most media players that take display aspect ratio (container) as default instead storage (source) aspect ratio.

Usually MPC, VLC does not cause aspect ratio issues. :)..... But players like KMP and GOM does!... :(
