Trama :
Carl Hickman (William Fichtner) ex poliziotto, grazie alle sue eccezionali capacità investigative riceve un'offerta dal suo amico detective Louis Bernard (Marc Lavoine). Bisogna catturare un serial killer internazionale e Carl si unisce ad un team di specialisti che lavorano per la Corte Penale Internazionale. Ogni membro della squadra ha competenze specifiche e diversa nazionalità.
Il team inizia il suo lavoro, anche se non ha ancora ricevuto il mandato ufficiale da Michel Dorn (Donald Sutherland) ispettore della Corte Internazionale.
Un fatale errore fa sì che uno dei colleghi sia rapito dal serial killer. Hickman, Louis e la squadra avranno solo poche ore per salvarlo e catturare il killer. Tutta la squadra è mobilitata ed il killer viene individuato a Berlino, ma una tragedia improvvisa metterà a dura prova la coesione del team.
