Overal ter wereld vergapen volle tribunes zich aan watershows met orka’s: schijnbaar zonder moeite doen de begeleiders de kolossale zwart-witte walvissen gracieus door de lucht vliegen. Maar de orka blijft een gevaarlijk roofdier: in Sea World beet de orka Tilikum maar liefst drie begeleiders dood. In de vrije natuur zijn orka’s niet agressief noch gevaarlijk voor de mens, wat bezielde dit ‘gedomesticeerde’ exemplaar dan?
