Kristel heeft een verblijf geboekt in een luxueuze beautyfarm. Josje en Karen gaan datzelfde weekend stiekem in het dierenhotel helpen bij Bas, op wie de drie meisjes verliefd zijn. Maar als de gps'en van K3 per ongeluk verwisseld worden, komen de 3 meisjes aan op de verkeerde bestemming. Dit zorgt voor heel wat hilarische toestanden en doldwaze misverstanden! Maar als het dierenhotel in gevaar blijkt, moeten de meisjes van K3 de handen in elkaar slaan om het te redden.
