Episode Plot:	It's not easy being the new guy. In this episode of Gear Heads, Fastlane's newest "floor sweeper," Andrew struggles to earn the respect of the mechanics in the shop. In addition, Nick & Rick struggle with a demanding customer about his Dodge Challenger as they race against the clock to make the delivery schedule. Adding to the suspense, Fastlane's resident "tuner," consistently shows up late for work causing the team even more setbacks.
