Sanctuary sigue las aventuras de la bella y enigmática doctora Helen Magnus (Amanda Tapping), su nuevo ayudante, el psiquiatra forense Will Zimmerman (Robin Dunne), y su audaz hija, Ashley (Emilie Ullerup).
