IMagic Hotel Reservation 4.53

I've been searching for a good software solution to manage my hotel for what seems like an eternity. I tried all sorts of paper based system before but I just felt like I was repeating myself and while I meant to use the information 'one day' I never got around to any direct marketing. So software seems to be the solution. A friend of mine suggested I try iMagic Hotel Reservation. They said "you'll love it", well I wasn't convinced. They gave a list of features it can do and well I thought I'd give it a try, after all it's only $249. I wasn't expecting much for my $250, but boy it has some nice ideas. I was able to do a basic setup of my hotel in a few minutes, which was great (I've since found out you can customize it even more from the Advanced Menu). Adding a reservation was the simplest thing I think I've ever done on a computer. How easy? I clicked Add Reservation from the toolbar. You know a system is going to make sense when it's that easy, but it's even more straightforward as it guides you through the process so you can't make a mistake. What's more the system is designed to automatically perform repeating tasks. Like what? Well if a customer comes back who has visited before, you simply click on them and it's in the reservation. It can't get any easier. I wanted a list of email addresses to advertise a special I was wanting to try and it was as simple as selecting the Email Wizard. Then I could copy/paste them into Outlook and BCC them in. I had the special out in minutes. Using paper? It would of taken hours, if it was even possible. Well I liked it, two thumbs up for me!
