Trama:
Jenn, vittima di diversi eventi traumatici che ne hanno minato la stabilità mentale, sentendosi ormai imprigionata tanto nella sfera personale quanto in quella lavorativa, si rivolge a un rinomato ipnositerapeuta, il dottor Meade.
Quello che appare come un tentativo suffragato da buone probabilità di riuscita andrà, però, a rendere ancora più complicato il percorso di Jenn. Dopo alcune sedute moto intense, la rievocazione di fatti terrificanti e misteriose amnesie non del tutto spiegate, Jenn finirà per essere oggetto di manipolazioni psicologiche.
Grazie all’aiuto del detective Wade Rollins, Jenn cercherà di trovare una soluzione alla sua angoscia prima che sia troppo tardi, per evitare delle conseguenze letali.
