10 JUL 2026 - Back up to full speed! Let's be honest: for the last few months, TorrentFunk was painfully slow. Pages crawled, searches dragged, and just loading the site tested everyone's patience. We hunted the problem down to our network and rebuilt it from the ground up — smarter caching, a much bigger and faster connection, and a lot of fine-tuning under the hood. The difference is night and day: the site now loads in a fraction of a second. No more waiting around. Thanks for sticking with us through the slow spell. Now go discover your funk!
Here’s the long time awaited KB workouts. This series is going to be gradually more challenging, so I want you to make sure that you’re ready for it. First of all, you should be already great at the KB swing and one arm KB swing. If you’re still squatting, or rounding your back during the swing, then you’re not ready for clean, or snatch. You have to know how to hinge in your hips keeping your back straight and your knees slightly bend. You should be also able to handle an overhead shoulder press with 26lbs kettlebell if you’re a woman, and over 35lbs if you’re a guy. I’m not saying that you can’t try this workout with a lighter weight, but you can run into 2 problems:
#1 – you won’t be challenged enough with your itty bitty weight and feel like these workouts are not effective
#2 – the only exercises that will be challenging for you will be the ones where you’re lifting the KB overhead
The latter is easier to solve – you can have two kettlebells – a 26lbs one for swings, squats, lunges, and deadlifts, and a ligther one for overhead presses, cleans, and snatches…
