10 JUL 2026 - Back up to full speed! Let's be honest: for the last few months, TorrentFunk was painfully slow. Pages crawled, searches dragged, and just loading the site tested everyone's patience. We hunted the problem down to our network and rebuilt it from the ground up — smarter caching, a much bigger and faster connection, and a lot of fine-tuning under the hood. The difference is night and day: the site now loads in a fraction of a second. No more waiting around. Thanks for sticking with us through the slow spell. Now go discover your funk!
Hello again folks. The release time on this one was a bit longer than last time, a handful of reasons for that. The heat wave that blasted the world a few weeks back was one. It's hard to work and focus when it's hot. Dark and I are also working on a couple of other projects as well. One of which is the Sara DVD release.
As far as this goes not much to talk about on the Encode side of things. Same ole Song and Dance. Now I will mention there are a few scenes scattered about with a bit of odd frame bleeding. I fixed them up the best i could, but pushing it too hard destroyed the rest of the video. I believe there may have been one in the last set as well but it slipped my mind.
Now as far as translation goes more of the same: Typo, grammar, and timing fixes with the occasional TL fix tossed in as well. Dark decided to re-translate the second OP, and honestly I like it better. I don't know Japanese myself so I can't attest to the accuracy of it, but it flows better and seems a bit more natural to me. I'll have to back port that to a few more episodes when I go to make the final batch.
And Update on Sara: I've finished encoding the DVDs and handed the encodes off to Dark. ATM he's going over the Subs and making sure they're up to snuff. The DVDs had Japanese subs and he's using them to double check the TL.
Also an additional Mention: One episode had a bit of Italian in it. Neither of us speak Italian, however in our mad dash to neurotic insanity we insisted on making sure it was right.
So a special Thanks to Seijiro of Inka-subs. He helped us with that bit and we ***did*** end up making a few changes.
