10 JUL 2026 - Back up to full speed! Let's be honest: for the last few months, TorrentFunk was painfully slow. Pages crawled, searches dragged, and just loading the site tested everyone's patience. We hunted the problem down to our network and rebuilt it from the ground up — smarter caching, a much bigger and faster connection, and a lot of fine-tuning under the hood. A little late today as we chose to typeset all the introductions of the Military Rangers. Speaking of which, we also adjusted their names! Well, the three of them that the official subtitles didn't quite nail, at least. They're all anagrams of various insects. Kademu is from "mukade", meaning centipede. Hiria is from "hiari", meaning fire ant. Mashimu is likely "ma" (demon) and "mushi" (insect/worm) combined. For comparison, the official subtitles used Kadem, Hillia, and Mashim, which we didn't agree with. Although the others didn't need changing, if you're interested: Danima is from "madani", meaning tick. And Gaomoi is from "imogai", meaning cone snail.
